The design for his exquisite Deers and Tree cushion was inspired by European folklore and given a dramatic edge with motifs cut out in cream wool and appliquéd onto a red wool base with antique gold stitches.  This is a wonderful cushion on its own or as the centerpiece on a sofa filled with other red or cream cushions.
