The Winter Village Guest Soaps contain three mini heart-shaped soap bars, delicately wrapped inside a beautifully packaged gift box. Due to their dainty size, the Winter Village Guest Soaps are the perfect little gift, token present or stocking filler for a special someone. Ideal for basins, table decoration or for taking on the go.

Infused with the warm and spicy fragrance of mulled wine, the Winter Village Guest Soaps evoke the spirit of Christmas with top notes of orange and geranium, heart notes of cinnamon, clove and elemi. With a base layer blend of vanilla and Peru balsam. Enriched with moisturising shea butter and vegetable glycerine, these soaps will help to keep your skin feeling soft and cared for.

Shipping

The Bee's Knees ships via USPS or UPS to the 50 United States and Canada. Our goal is to ship your items as soon as possible after receipt of the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You will also receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number. We cannot make shipments via UPS to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. In this case, please select USPS. Duties or taxes may apply on Canadian orders. These charges will be billed separately by your chosen carrier. The customer is responsible for these charges.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@thebeeskneesbritishimports.com and we will do everything we can to help! 

Once you place an order, please allow up to 5 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times are variable and subject to change based on UPS and USPS operations. The Bee’s Knee British Imports is not responsible for carrier delays.

If you select an expedited shipping method (such as Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air), we will ship your order out within 24 hours Monday to Saturday. We do not refund shipping costs due to shipping delays. Please note that UPS does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday) as business days.

Processing and shipping times may be delayed during major sales, holidays or weather disruption.

If your order is labeled as delivered by the shipping carrier, but you haven’t received it, it is usually one of the following situations:

  • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property, a neighbor’s home or a parcel locker.
  • The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been - wait 24 hours.

If you cannot locate the package 2 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact customer service. We are happy to help submit a claim.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the carrier provides proof of delivery, The Bee’s Knees British Imports cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns Policy

We hope your order from The Bee's Knees arrived safely and that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if an item does not meet your satisfaction, you may return new, unopened, non-food items within 30 days of delivery. Returns made within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. Returns made after 30 days from delivery are eligible for store credit. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return but may take up to 4 weeks to reach you depending on your bank.  To make a return, log into your account, select ‘Request Return’ and we will contact you via email to arrange sending a return label to you. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Food items, including tea, are not returnable, unless they are damaged, missing or the incorrect item was sent.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please let us know within 7 days of the receipt of the order. If there is damage to any items, please take several photos of the item(s), the box it arrived in, the shipping label and the packaging. Send the photos by email within 7 days of receipt of the order to info@thebeeskneesbritishimports.com and include your order number. Keep the item and all packaging until the issue is resolved. This helps if we need to file a claim with the shipper. We will work with you to either replace the damaged item or to exchange the incorrect item.

The Bee’s Knees is not responsible for melted chocolate during times of high temperatures. When ordering chocolate during times of high temperatures, we recommend adding a cold pack to your order and choose an expedited shipping method.
